  • In the heart of historic Dublin the castle stands on the ridge on a strategic site at the junction of the river Liffey. Guided tours take place in the State Apartments and the excavations of one of the towers of the Norman stronghold and the chapel Royal.
  • One of the most popular comedy clubs in Dublin this Is where many of the most famous Irish comedians first started out.
  • Football matches are played at Croke Park. The Museum is right in the heart of the stadium complex, complete with interactive elements, viewing theatre, archives and memorabilia. The guided tour takes the visitor to the dressing room through to the pitch.
  • The most striking exhibition is the permanent display of Bronze Age Irish gold, the museum exhibits items relating to Ireland. Other displays include metalwork from the Iron Age to the Middle Ages, Viking Ireland and political events in Ireland from 1900 to 1921.
