Enhance your trip

  • The beauty and tranquillity of the Atlas Mountain range which borders the Sahara Desert deems it an unmissable experience. Home to numerous plant and animal species that are not found anywhere else in the world including many that are endangered- keep those eyes peeled for a rare sighting!
  • The Museum of Photography and Visual Arts (MMP +) is currently located in the heart of El Badii Palace. Snapshots of a dozen Moroccan artists exhibited temporarily or permanently highlight of engaged contemporary works.
  • The Koutoubia Mosque or Kutubiyya Mosque is the largest mosque in Marrakesh, Morocco. The mosque is also known by several other names, such as Jami’ al-Kutubiyah, Kotoubia Mosque, Kutubiya Mosque, Kutubiyyin Mosque, and Mosque of the Booksellers. It is located in the southwest medina quarter of Marrakesh.
  • The Musée de Marrakech exhibits a collection of Moroccan art forms within the decadent salons of the Mnebhi Palace. The central internal courtyard, with its riot of cedar archways, stained-glass windows, intricate painted door panels and, of course, lashings of zellij tile work, is the highlight, though don’t miss the display of exquisite Fez ceramics in the main room off the courtyard.
  • Tizin-Tichka is a mountain pass linking south-east Morrocco to Ouarzazate – a city located on top of an Atlas mountain plateau. You may recognize the stunning one-of-a-kind views this town offers from many famous blockbusters that have been filmed there.
  • When in the desert, there is of course only one way to travel. So become a local for the day and experience the truly authentic mode of desert transport that has been around as long as we have!
