  • Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari is arguably one of Venice’s most important art houses and church which is covered in gothic illustration. Lots of Titian’s work can be found here and it is believed that Titian was buried here at the second bay. The Church boasts the city’s second largest Bell tower.
  • Built as early as 1478, this incredible building now houses priceless collections of paintings from a variety of artists across the globe. A trip to Venice without gazing upon these pieces would be incomplete!
  • An internationally recognised icon of Venice, the architecture of the Ducale Palace dates back as far as the 14th century. For almost 90 years the Palace has been attracting visitors from far and wide as one of Italy’s main Museums.
  • Carmini is the last surviving Grand School in Venice, making it an extremely significant historical institution. Founded in the late 15th century, the School has been functioning for well over 500 years.
  • Vecchio Palace is Venice’s Town Hall and with its Bell Tower and façade similar to that of a fortress, it has become a very famous landmark of the city.
  • Michelangelo designed the historical Laurentian Library in the early 16th century. Containing almost 11,000 manuscripts this library is an extremely significant part of Venice and Italy’s history.
  • Filled with an abundance of treasured artwork the Santa Maria Nouvella is certainly a sight to behold. The unique and original architecture of its exterior is equalled in beauty to the priceless collections inside!
