Whether it is the satirised characters in Aristophanes’ comedies or the dramatis persona of Sophocles that capture young minds, revisit the heart of both the city and rural Dionysia on this theatre-based tour. Look back at the historical and social context of the era whilst soaking up the Athenian atmosphere before heading to Epidavros, home to Polykleitos the Younger’s impressive limestone theatre.

A quick stop in Corinth will take you to the setting of Medea and her tragic fate.
